Villa Palma is a luxurious six-bedroom holiday villa in the exclusive Santa Maria Estate in Mellieħa, on Malta's scenic northern coast, just a three-minute walk from a quiet, swimmable beach. Designed around its Mediterranean views, the villa sleeps up to eight guests and pairs generous indoor space with a truly standout outdoor area.

Outside, a private swimming pool looks straight out over the sea — an unforgettable spot for Malta's golden sunsets — alongside a hammock, a BBQ and a shaded alfresco dining area. Indoors, a bright open-plan living room with sea views flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, while a games room with a pool table, a four-person sauna and a Jacuzzi round out the amenities. A lift connects all floors for easy access.

The sleeping layout runs to five double bedrooms (one en-suite) plus a games room with two single beds, served by five bathrooms in total. Mellieħa Bay — Malta's largest sandy beach — along with historic churches, coastal hiking trails, bars and restaurants are all a short drive away, making Villa Palma an ideal base for a relaxed family holiday or group escape in the north of Malta.
